i think the quotation is effective because they use repation in the text also because its describing every word as power which is very effective too!!!
also my favourite qoutation from the song apologize is:
"i need you like a heart needs a beat" Because its comparing things like he is saying a heart must beat and he must have this person !!

'yet i know that the goal is to keep me from falling' this is effective because it shows you that whatever you do you should never give up.

We like this quotation from 'New Day, London' by Sally Crawford because it sounds mysterious and makes London sound amazing to people from other countries. The weather can change the mood - like today! It sounds hectic!

The Highwayman by Alfred Noyes
"He'd a french cocked-hat on the forehead, a bunch a lace at his chin. A coat of claret velvet,and breeches of brown doeskin"
That is my favourite quotation because it describes the character in detail and somes him up in a few well chosen words. I also love the language in the poem..

"You've been closing me in, closing the space in my heart" in the song the pieces don't fit any more by James Morrison, really makes it seem that he is upset and he feels like he has REALLY been feeling closed in and left out.
